MSP430 Microcontrollers with integrated FRAM

The latest disruptive innovation is the integration of FRAM into the MSP430 Ultra-Low Power architecture. FRAM delivers to the designers’ toolbox Universal memory, i.e. memory that is non-volatile like Flash memory and as fast as SRAM. The designer can flexibly partition memory into code and data memory dependent on preference and design requirements. MSP430FR5739 facilitates 100x faster writes with 250x less energy and 100 trillion write cycles.
